Beginning Stages
Whether you have thought out every detail of your beauty line, are adding a new product, or only have a few ideas, consider filling out our contact form. We will contact you about scheduling what is called a discovery call. Before your discovery call, we have you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We care about making sure your ideas are saved for you.
During your discovery call, we will discuss your project with one of your reps. You can express what you expect from our services, and we can help sort out any ideas or questions you may have. Once we agree on what you want, the first invoice will be sent. Your first invoice includes 50% of your project and can be paid with cash, credit, or checks.
We will then send you a sample of your product. You will receive a sample of your product(s) to try three weeks after your initial call. After testing your sample, we can make the changes that you need to make. Once the samples are approved, your final product will be sent after the final payment.

We can formulate custom beauty products like eyeshadow, foundation, lip products, etc. Our cosmetic chemists can help create these products to meet your standards. You can create a completely new formula. We give each client the opportunity for three different revisions so you can get your formula right. Our chemist will ask for what we call a benchmark product, a product that is similar to what you want so that we can make your formula exactly the way you want
Our chemists have also made stock formulas of different beauty products you can choose from if you’re not looking to customize. The stock formulas are based on popular beauty products. Each product is made from high-quality ingredients and is made to last. You can create an entire line of customized products or pick and choose from our line of stock formulas.
