Our shipping policy applies to formula samples that we ship to you. You may obtain a sample from our website, or during the formulation process. We ship via USPS, and a tracking number is provided to you once we ship your package.

If you have not received your formula sample in the time specified, please reach out to us at hello@freelanceformulations.com. Please provide your full name, address of delivery, and company name

Please note: At this time, if you purchase a stock formula from our website, you will only be receiving a digital file of the formula.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, our stock formulas are not refundable after purchase and receipt. To avoid any confusion and to help create a better experience, please contact us for a sample, before purchasing our stock formulas.
